ENTRY: $50 Person / $100 Team

OPTION TWIST ENTRY - $10 PER TWIST
PRIZE FUND:
1st Place: $1,000 {Based on 50 Entries}
RATIO: 1:8 will cash

FORMAT:
Bowl [3] Games on same pair of lanes
Total Pin fall + HDCP will determine winner(s)

TWIST:
Bowler(s) may combine their scores with other bowlers in the same squad – $10 per entry /Max 5 entries.
AVERAGES/HANDICAP
Bowlers will use their highest average from the 2012 – ’13 season
If current average is 10 pins or more higher must use current.
Handicap will be based on 80% of 220

LANE CONDITION:
Bowlers will bowl on a “House Shot”

OPTIONAL(S):
• Scratch side pots, brackets, eliminator, raffle, etc.
• Get the front 9 strikes and win $10 instantly!
• UBA Members bowling in their jerseys will receive (1) raffle for a “NEW bowling ball”
