For any UBA Team President or Officer that is looking to change the status of one of their Bowlers you must fill out and submit the change of Status form located in this section. Please be aware that their are 2 separate forms. One form is for any bowler that is looking to change their UBA Status. The other is for any UBA President or Official who is looking to change the status of one of their Bowlers.
