I am a late bloomer at bowling starting at the age of 16. A friend asked me to fill in a spot for his team and I accepted the offer. It was love at first match, but I wanted to learn how to curve the ball. I just couldn't figure out how to do it...and my wrist started to hurt after a few attempts so half halfheartedly threw it two handed and got a strike! After two more successful strikes, I found my rhythm and that is how I am a two handed bowler. Have won District Singles in my final year in Junior Leagues, made it to states on three separate occasions, and my team has won league titles for two years in a row. Just starting the adult leagues this winter and cannot wait for the competition. I love the sport so much that I want to find a way to become involved once I get out of college with my Sport Management Major. Have always dreamed of becoming pro, but this site caught my eye and I became very interested.
