SOUTHEAST REGION TEAM RANKING QUALIFIER

UBA PRESENTS: SOUTHEAST CONFERENCE TEAM RANKINGS QUALIFIER EVENT

Date: SATURDAY/ SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14-15, 2019 

Location: SANDHILLS BOWLING CENTER (1680 NC-5, Aberdeen, NC 28315) 

Time: 3 SQUADS!!! 15 Team Max per squad

Squad 1: Saturday 14, 2019    10AM (9am check-in)...15 team squad max

Squad 2: Saturday 14, 2019    3PM (2pm check-in)...15 team squad max

Squad 3: Sunday 15, 2019      12PM (11am check-in)...15 team squad max 

PREPAY TABS WILL BE AVAILABLE TUESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2019 AT 6PM

Entry fee: $300 PER TEAM... A $40 TEAM DEPOSIT MUST BE PREPAID ON THE UBA WEBSITE (www.ubatv.tv) NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, SEP 12, 2019. 1 TEAM PER FRANCHISE ONLY UP UNTIL SUNDAY, SEP 8, 2019. ON MONDAY SEP 9, 2019, TEAMS MAY ENTER ADDITIONAL TEAMS BY PREPAYING $40 DEPOSIT PER TEAM UNTIL THE SQUAD MAX IS REACHED. 

FOR ALL FRANCHISES WITH MULTIPLE TEAMS ENTERED, TEAMS MUST INFORM THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR BEFORE THE EVENT BEGINS WHICH TEAM WILL BE USED FOR RANKING QUALIFYING PURPOSES.

TO PREPAY ENTRY FEES, MEMBERS MUST BE LOGGED INTO THEIR UBA ACCOUNT. FIND THE SE TEAM RANKING TAB AND SELECT YOUR DESIRED SQUAD AND SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT. WALK-IN TEAMS MUST PAY $390. FINAL CASH BALANCES ARE DUE AT CHECK-IN TIME OF THE SQUAD YOU ARE BOWLING.  

ALL BOWLERS MUST WEAR THEIR OWN OFFICIAL UBA JERSEY. 

Format: EVENT IS SCRATCH!!!! Each team submits 6 bowlers where 3 bowlers will be on each lane. On the left lane, teams will field any 3 bowlers of their choice. On the right lane, teams must field 3 bowlers but not exceed a 645 team average cap (see average rule below). All bowlers will bowl 5 games each & the highest total pin fall will determine start up seeding for the upcoming 2019-2020 team ranking competition. Teams ranked #6 & below may begin to make challenges on Monday, SEP 23, 2019 AT 6PM. Ranks 2-5 will be placed in matches as a startup to the team rankings (2 v 3, 4 v 5). 

The UBA will use the highest recorded USBC/UBA average of the following:

1. USBC 2017-18 Winter (21+ games)/2017 Summer (21+ games)
2. USBC 2018-19 Winter (21+ games)/2018 Summer (21+ games)
3. USBC Adjusted Average: 2017-18 Winter (21+ games)/2017 Summer (21+ games)
4. USBC Adjusted Average: 2018-19 Winter (21+ games)/2018 Summer (21+ games)
5. UBA Rolling Average: Starting with 2018-19 UBA Season Tour and Event scores (9+ games)
6. A UBA Rolling Average will be determined as the rolling average of and up to, the most recent 50 UBA Season Tour and Event games.
7. No games prior to September 1, 2018 will be used in this calculation.
8. Rolling averages will not take effect in the middle of a given set. 9+ games are required at the beginning of play for that event for this average to be considered.

If a UBA member does not have a valid USBC bowling number and/or average, then they must bowl scratch at all UBA sanctioned bowling official events. The UBA Executive Office reserves the right to adjust or re-rate the average of any bowler at any time

Incentives: There will be 2 sets of Hdcp & Scratch Brackets (games 1-3, 3-5), Eliminator, & Pots available (Male/Female). Hdcp base will be 70% of 250...ONLY APPLIES TO BRACKETS & POTS!!!!!
