ENTRY FEE: $360 PER TEAM (PREPAID $60 PER TEAM DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED TO RESERVE TEAM SPOTS. FULL CASH BALANCES ARE DUE AT CHECK-IN TIME OF THE EVENT.

FIND THE EVENT PREPAYMENTS TAB, SELECT THE SE TEAM RELAY SUB-TAB, LIST YOUR FRANCHISE NAME & SQUAD CHOICE, AND SUBMIT EITHER THE FULL PAYMENT OF $360 OR TEAM DEPOSIT OF $60. TEAM FRANCHISE NAMES & SQUAD CHOICES ARE REQUIRED WHEN SUBMITTING PREPAYMENTS BUT ROSTERS ARE NOT DUE UNTIL WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 11TH 2019. TEAM ROSTERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO EVENTS@UNDERGROUNDBOWLING.COM. FRANCHISES ARE ALLOWED TO SUBMIT AS MANY TEAMS AS THEY CHOOSE TO. 1ST COME 1ST SERVE BASIS WILL BE USED. DEADLINE TO PREPAY & REQUEST REFUNDS WILL BE WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 11TH 2019 AT 11:59PM. REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE EMAILED TO REFUNDS@UNDERGROUNDBOWLING.COM. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GRANTED AFTER THE DEADLINE DATE. WALK-IN TEAM ENTRIES WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED IF THERE IS AN UNEVEN ENTRY COUNT AFTER ALL PREPAID TEAMS HAVE CHECKED IN. WALK-IN TEAM FEE WILL BE $420.
Each franchise team can use anywhere between 3-6 bowlers per team. SWITCHING TEAMS IN BETWEEN ROUNDS IS NOT PERMITTED IF A FRANCHISE HAS MULTIPLE TEAMS BOWLING. The team you are initially signed up to bowl with after check-in is completed is the team you must stay on for the entire event. Teams may edit their roster at the start of practice of each round but must use members on their initial roster that was finalized at check-in. Members competing in rounds 2 & 3 will have 5 min of practice time before competition begins for those rounds.
FORMAT: Team Relay is 3 Rounds
Round 1(HDCP): Each team must submit 3 bowlers and bowl 3 games each.
Round 2(HDCP & SCRATCH): Each team must submit 2 bowlers 1 SCRATCH & 1 HANDICAP and bowl 3 games each.
Round 3(SCRATCH): Each team must submit 1 SCRATCH bowler and bowl 3 games.
** Point system for each round will be based on the number of entries. For example, if there are a total of 52 teams, 1st place per round will be 52 pts, 2nd will be 51pts, 3rd will be 50pts...>>>>> 52nd place = 1pt.
Final Standings will be determined by tallying all points per team/per round.
HANDICAP: HDCP BASE WILL BE 70% OF 250.
AVERAGES: The UBA will use the highest recorded USBC/UBA average of the following (21+ game minimum):
1. USBC 2017 SUMMER (located in 2016-17 section of bowl.com)
2. USBC 2017-18 WINTER (Standard & converted average)
3. USBC 2018 SUMMER (located in the 2017-18 section of bowl.com)
4. USBC 2018-19 WINTER (Standard & converted average)
5. UBA Average(Rolling): Starting with 2018-19 UBA Season Tour and Event scores (9+ games)
Members without an average that meets any of the guidelines listed above, must bowl at a 250 average. A rerate can be requested by submitting a rerate request form located on the ubatv.tv website in the forms & documents section & reading the UBA's rerate policy (in same location).
A UBA Rolling Average will be determined as the rolling average of and up to, the most recent 50 UBA Season Tour and Event games.
No games prior to September 1, 2018 will be used in this calculation.
Rolling averages will not take effect in the middle of a given set. 9+ games are required at the beginning of play for that event for this average to be considered.
If a UBA member does not have a valid USBC bowling number and/or average, then they must bowl scratch at all UBA sanctioned bowling official events. The UBA Executive Office reserves the right to adjust or re-rate the average of any bowler at any time.
