TOP PRIZE - $1,300 based on 114 entries for both events
Date: Saturday October 19th 2019 (MEN)
Sunday October 20th 2019 (WOMEN)
Time: 10am start time (9am begins check-in)
Location: LODI LANES 58 TERHUNE AVENUE LODI, NJ 07644
Entry fee: $60 per bowler (prepaid) $75 for all walk-ins

To Prepay: Members must be logged into their ubatv.tv account, locate the Event pre payments tab on the homepage, select NE Last Man Standing(men) & Last Woman Standing(women) sub tab, & submit payment. Prepay & Refund deadline will be Wednesday Oct 16th 2019 at 11:59pm. To request a refund, an email MUST be sent to refunds@undergroundbowling.com. All funds from no shows will go directly into the event's prize fund.
EVENT MAX: 114 BOWLERS PER EVENT
FORMAT: (based on 114 entries for both events)
OPENING ROUND: BOWLERS WILL BOWL 4 GAMES ACROSS 8 LANES. THE TOP 4 OPENING ROUND QUALIFIERS WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATIC BYE INTO THE FINAL 16 PERSON BRACKET ROUND (Will be seeded 1-4). AFTER THE TOP 4 ARE REMOVED, FIELD IS CUT 1/4 (BASED ON 114 ENTRIES & SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON ENTRY COUNT).
ROUND 2: OPENING RD TOTAL PINS WILL BE CARRIED OVER. MEMBERS ADVANCING TO THIS ROUND WILL BEGIN WITH THEIR OPENING ROUND FINAL SCORE, BOWL 2 GAMES PLUS HDCP, PLUS OPENING ROUND TOTAL & THE TOP 12 FINAL SCORES WILL ADVANCE TO THE FINAL 16 PERSON BRACKET ROUND & WILL BE SEEDED 5-12 BASED ON ORDER OF FINAL TOTAL. TIE- BREAKERS FOR FINAL SPOT WILL BE A 9TH & 10TH FRAME ROLLOFF WITH HDCP(10% per frame). TIE-BREAKERS FOR ANY SEEDING WILL BE BASED ON HIGHEST SCRATCH GAME BOWLED.
BRACKET ROUND: TOP 4 FROM OPENING ROUND & TOP 12 FROM ROUND 2 WILL MAKE UP A 16 BOWLER BRACKET (ALL SCORES RESET TO 0). MATCH PLAY WILL CONSIST OF 1 GAME + HDCP & WINNERS ADVANCING. TIES WILL BE BROKEN BY A 9TH & 10TH FRAME ROLL-OFF + HDCP(10% per frame).
PAYOUT RATIO: 1:6
INCENTIVES: THERE WILL BE HANDICAP & SCRATCH BRACKETS, POTS, ELIMINATORS, ETC.ETC. AVAILABLE DURING THE OPENING 4 GAME BLOCK.
AVERAGES: The UBA will use the highest recorded USBC/UBA average of the following (21+ game minimum):
1. USBC 2017 SUMMER (located in 2016-17 section of bowl.com)
2. USBC 2017-18 WINTER (Standard & converted average)
3. USBC 2018 SUMMER (located in the 2017-18 section of bowl.com)
4. USBC 2018-19 WINTER (Standard & converted average)
5. UBA Average(Rolling): Starting with 2018-19 UBA Season Tour and Event scores (9+ games)
Members without an average that meets any of the guidelines listed above, must bowl at a 250 average. A rerate can be requested by submitting a rerate request form located on the ubatv.tv website in the forms & documents section & reading the UBA's rerate policy (in same location).
A UBA Rolling Average will be determined as the rolling average of and up to, the most recent 50 UBA Season Tour and Event games.
No games prior to September 1, 2018 will be used in this calculation.
Rolling averages will not take effect in the middle of a given set. 9+ games are required at the beginning of play for that event for this average to be considered.
If a UBA member does not have a valid USBC bowling number and/or average, then they must bowl scratch at all UBA sanctioned bowling official events. The UBA Executive Office reserves the right to adjust or re-rate the average of any bowler at any time.
TOURNAMENT OFFICIAL RESERVES ALL RIGHTS. THIS EVENT WILL FOLLOW THE UBA BY-LAWS & USBC RULES.
