This is a prepay tab to prepay for your Last Team Standing entry & receive your lane assignment. Prepaying for this event will entitle your 3 man team to a $30 discount off the entry fee. Prepaid entries are $150 per team & prepaid entries close on June 19th, 2013. After this date, bowlers must pay the full entry fee of $180 on the day of the event. Entries close at 12noon on June 23rd, 2013
