ENTRY FEE: $60 PER PERSON (Prepaid), $75 FOR ALL WALK-INS (if available)

HOW TO PREPAY: TAB GOES LIVE ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10TH 2019 at 6PM & WILL BE REMOVED ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 9, 2020 AT 11:59PM OR WHEN THE ENTRY MAX HAS BEEN REACHED. TO PREPAY FOR THIS EVENT, YOU MUST BE SIGNED INTO YOUR WWW.UBATV.TV ACCOUNT, FIND THE EVENT PREPAYMENTS TAB, SELECT SE CONFERENCE CLASSIC SUB TAB AND SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT.

*** ALL UBA MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO PREPAY THEIR ENTRY FEE IN FULL TO RESERVE THEIR SPOT. DEADLINE DATE TO PREPAY FOR THIS EVENT WILL BE THURSDAY, JANUARY 9, 2020 at 11:59PM. ANY BOWLER WHO WISHES TO COMPETE & DO NOT PREPAY THEIR ENTRY FEE BY THE DEADLINE DATE, MUST PAY $75 (CASH ONLY) WALK-IN ENTRY FEE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT (If space is available). ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. REFUNDS ON PREPAID ENTRIES WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THURSDAY, JANUARY 9, 2020. ENTRY FEES FOR NO SHOWS WILL BE PUT INTO THE EVENT'S PRIZE FUND. BOWLERS NOT ABLE TO ATTEND ON DAY OF EVENT SHOULD SEEK TO FIND A REPLACEMENT BOWLER.

FORMAT: BOWLERS WILL BOWL 5 GAMES ON THE SAME PAIR OF LANES & THE HIGHEST TOTAL PINFALL WITH HDCP WILL DETERMINE THE FINAL STANDINGS.

HDCP BASE: 70% OF 250.

AVERAGES: The UBA will use the highest recorded USBC/UBA standard or converted average of the following (21+ game minimum)

USBC 2017 SUMMER (located in the 2016-17 section of bowl.com)
USBC 2017-18 WINTER
USBC 2018 SUMMER (located in the 2017-18 section of bowl.com)
USBC 2018-19 WINTER
UBA Average(Rolling): Starting with 2018-19 UBA Season Tour and Event scores (9+ games)

Members without an average that meets any of the guidelines listed above, must bowl at a 250 average. A rerate can be requested by submitting a rerate request form located on the ubatv.tv website in the forms & documents section & reading the UBA's rerate policy(same location).

A UBA Rolling average will be determined as the rolling average of and up to the most recent 50 UBA Season Tour and Event games.
No games prior to September 1, 2018 will be used in this calculation.
Rolling averages will not take effect in the middle of a given set. 9+ games are required at the beginning of play for that event for this average to be considered.

If a UBA member does not have a valid USBC bowling number and/or average, then they must bowl scratch at all official UBA events. The UBA Executive Office reserves the right to adjust or re-rate the average of any member at any time.
