| Entry fee: $50 per person MUST BE PREPAID ON THE UBA WEBSITE(www.ubatv.tv) NO LATER THAN WED SEPT 10TH 2014. |

| THERE WILL BE NO MAX ENTRIES FOR THIS EVENT. THERE WILL BE A 2ND SQUAD HELD(3PM). IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 96 ENTRIES. HOWEVER, IF THERE ARE NO MORE THAN 128 ENTRIES TOTAL, ONLY 1 SQUAD WILL BE RAN |

| 4 AVERAGE DIVISIONS: UNDER 175, 175-199, 200-220, OVER 220 ALL BOWLERS MUST WEAR THEIR OWN UBA OFFICIAL JERSEY |

| Format: EVENT IS SCRATCH!!. Bowlers will bowl 5 games on the same pair. Highest total pinfall will determine final ranking standings per division. Bowlers will then be ranked & may begin to make challenges as of OCT 1ST 2014. After the completion of this event, there is a $70 fee to compete in the rankings. There will be a payment plan available($35 due by Oct 1st & $35 balance due by Nov 1. |

| Averages: Bowlers will use their highest bowl.com average from the 2012 summer, 2012-13 winter, 2013 summer, or 2013-14 winter based on an 18 game minimum. Bowlers with no official avg for the above seasons, will have to submit a rerate request to the tournament director. No avg at all bowlers must use a 250 avg as entering. Tournament director has the right to rerate bowlers prior to the start of the event. Average will determine which division bowlers are eligible to compete it |

| PRIZE FUND: $500 for 1st place in each division based on 40 entries in each division. ($12.50 lineage, $6.75 UBA FEE/EXPENSES, $30.75 PER PERSON FOR PRIZE FUND) |

| Incentives: There will be Hdcp & Scratch Brackets, Eliminator, & Pots available(Male/Female). Hdcp base will be 80% of 250...ONLY APPLIES TO BRACKETS & POTS!!!!! |
